The OAT will assess general reading comprehension, quantitative reasoning, biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry and physics.
ICO also accepts GRE scores.
To prepare you for
optometry school, ICO requires a series of
college-level pre-optometry courses prior to admission.
This includes your personal statement, transcripts, and letters of recommendation.

Once you're invited to interview, we will ask you to fill out an additional form to help us get to know you better as well as gather other information we need. The form includes a pre-optometry course worksheet and an essay.
