GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Hamare ghar ke pass logo ko sab pata hai baju Wale ne galat kiya hai, Wo Officer ghmc bolte dusri jaga jao. Itna mahina hogaya barish ka pani Ghar ke andar barjata hai. Hamari purani diwaar hai. photo Xerox kar ke ghmc ke office me jama kar diya alag alag office ghmc. Ab thak itna mahina hogaya kuch bhi actoin me nahi aayi hai ghmc log. GHMC officer ko kya hogaya.

Respted Sir, that i am staying in the hostel by name Dhanalakshmi Boys Hostel Balkampet road Ameerpet (Rajalakshmi 7730039745,) who is running this Hostel, she serving daily the day's old left-over food to the dwellers and providing polluted water which are causing diarrhea ,Typhoid fevers to us, you can see the stored food in the refrigerator for days please take necessary action against her, there is rumour over her that she manages the concern authorities for not to take action against her

in front of my house in mohan nagar zamisthanpur musherabad a fish packing business have come up from 4am morning to late evening the sounds from centre and foul smell for the entire day it has become very hard for us to survive with plenty of vehicles parked. police has asked to complain to municipal to as they to have limited powers on business, please seize the premises sir so that such thing will not come up in the area daily we are suffering as we cannot even go of our houses untill these fish people leave us the road otherwise the only road which takes us our is fully blocked neither friends colony people or we mohan nagar people can go out as the road is completely in the control god alone should know how the mothers are taking they children to the school as they have to walk from all the men and dirt girls school and girls have to go to colleges and work places and they have to walk from the only road which is full of fishes and dirt on the roads these fish people keep they gangaputra colony area very neat and do not let any buinsess activity in they areas but we are sufferers with no one to listen to us plenty complaints plenty paper articles but nothing has been done. please widen the roads from ramnagar to rajadelux which is pending from decades please understand our problems we cannot fight with these people at lease provide us a road to compute not even an ambulance can come inside our areas, we beg you sir to pls widen the roads and make sure that these fish stocking centres in residential areas do not come as you also must be it is violation of our fundamental right right to life it includes fresh air but we are at a mercy of most polluted smell fish and right to movement as all the roads are blocked and we cannot even come out of the houses.

I am Y.Suresh kumar ,resident of G-5 , southpark apts, serilingampally,RR Dist -500019. We have a GHMC park in Doctors' colony. Recently some face- lift is given to the park. But the children 's play area consisting of slider n climbers children like to play with are in horrible shape. Especially big stones which are left just like that due to the negligence of contractor around the playing area at the time of improvement may be fatal to the children if they fall accidentally on stones. The ground near the down side of slider is so hard that small children s buttocks are getting hurt while sliding fastly.
I request GHMC authorities kindly to to look into the matter n take action to arrange to remove stones in and around this playing area n spread sand for some cushioning to avoid any untoward. Thanking you.

We stay at hasmathpet in bowenpally. No one sweeps the road at lion's town colony. Just 10 metres away from their 🧹 area. But they don't step here because the apartments on this street don't pay them chai Paisa. We sweep for ourselves and burn the leaves which causes pollution. But cannot avoid. Please, who so ever is incharge try to take some action. We'll see when it will be done.

Road from Marriott hotel towards himayathnagar is occupied by roadside shops and street vendors and no MCH inspectors are checking. Street vendors who occupied foot path create nuisance till 11:30 night. New born babies, senior citizens feel worst as they struggle to sleep. Fast foods emit smoke and shout whole day. Bus stand sides occupied making bus travelers difficult. Also x road junction at SBI branch Gandhinagar bakaram is occupied by tea drinking visitors parking in the space of parking alloted for sbi visitors. Please take action urgently.

I, K.Lakshminarayana has been filed a complaint to Dy. Commissioner of Drinking water Division Sainikpuri, is in forming that, Earlier Dy. Commissioner of Malkajigiri has been constructed drinking water tank (Plastic) adjacent to compound wall of my House H.No.40-247, Raghavendra Nagar, Moula Ali 10years ago. Now nobody is not using the said water tank, which is very in convenience for and out of use. Hence I requesting you kindly remove the said water tank from my house because neighbours are dumping of their wastage material around said tank and creating in health. Once again kindly remove the water tank from house.
